1) If you are placing duplicate links while one is already in process, it will be your loss — no refunds will be made.

2) We cannot guarantee speed on low-cost Instagram services; they may take up to 48 hours. No cancellations once placed.

3) Dropped orders below start count won’t be refilled unless new and under guarantee.

4) Don’t place new orders before resolving issues with old ones — we won’t refund duplicated efforts.

5) No refill/refund for partial orders with guarantees if prior drops occurred.

6) Orders placed after drops without refill are not covered.

7) Refill service becomes void if you use a non-refill service afterward.

8) Accounts over 1M followers should use non-refill services — no refill guaranteed.

9) Complaints like “marked done but not delivered” must be made within 1 day for no-refill services.

10) System calculates completion based on counts at order time. Cancellation requests based on personal tracking aren't accepted.
